This open-access workshop invites you to (re)discover a wide range of games, forms, and frameworks for a cappella vocal improvisation.
From well-known classics (co-improvisation, circlesong, five&turn, gogo, etc.) to hidden gems, we’ll move playfully from one game to the next — for the sheer joy of singing, exploring, and being surprised!
This unique format is especially designed for:
– Vocal improvisation facilitators who would like to expand their repertoire of games to reuse in their own workshops, courses, and « Chant pour Tous » events. Informal pedagogical debriefs will be offered at the end of each day for those interested.
– All lovers of vocal improvisation, whatever their musical background or level of experience, who want to come play, laugh, and vibrate together for five days (and yes… work a little bit too)!
PRACTICAL INFORMATION

• VENUE: Blanches et Noires, rue Vanderschrick 111, 1060 Saint-Gilles, Belgium
• DATES AND TIMES: from August 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM to August 29 at 6:00 PM
• FEE: €350 — Money should never be an obstacle to your participation. If the fee is an issue for you, please indicate it in the pre-registration form and we will look for a solution together.
• GROUP SIZE: 12–16 participants
• REQUIREMENTS: none
